JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a diverse team of experienced, agile brewers. Ensure safety first and quality always, while meeting production goals. Create a strong focus on team building, data/root cause analysis and accountability, as we drive to produce the most consistent and best tasting craft beer. Manages production requirements and staffing/scheduling to ensure production demands are met. Scheduling experience Driving Safety Leadership culture within brewing team Working knowledge of brewing industry

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the brewing industry (3+ years) Bachelor’s Degree in Science Excellent data analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dayforce timesheet experience Previous experience leading people in a fast paced consumer goods environment Brewing process experience
