Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Sr. Sales Ops Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and efficiency across our organization. You'll be a key driver of strategic alignment between departments, fostering data-driven decision-making and a shared understanding of our growth metrics. Your expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting will be essential to identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes and uncovering actionable data to maximize revenue potential. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem-solver with strong analytical skills, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Management:   Evaluate, implement and manage sales technology tools, and manage integrations with Salesforce to ensure smooth data flow Support the Sales team in effective use of Salesforce and other tools to optimize performance Identify inefficiencies, recommend streamlined workflows, and automate tasks where possible to optimize sales processes and support our evolving business needs Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and target attainment across Sales and Marketing funnels Analyze and translate data into actionable insights to guide decision-making Data Integrity: Ensure the consistency, reliability, and quality of operational data within Salesforce and connected systems Be a steward for data governance policies and procedures Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, facilitating alignment and knowledge-sharing to achieve shared revenue goals Security-Related Responsibilities Compliance with Information Security PoliciesResponsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and proceduresNotification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field 5+ years in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics (or similar) role Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) In-depth understanding of Sales and Marketing operational functions, ideally in a B2B tech/SaaS setting Familiarity with other relevant marketing and sales tools (e.g., marketing automation, business intelligence platforms, Outreach/Salesloft, etc). Experience building complex, informative reports and dashboards in Salesforce Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data sets, recognize patterns, and translate them into actionable insights  Experience generating meaningful insights while working with (sometimes) messy or imperfect data Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across departments
