Warehouse Technician

Groupe Robert is presently looking for a warehouse technician for its Mirabel terminal.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Perform order preparation processing in the computer system;
• Take phone calls (customer service);
• Write quality control reports;
• Ensure compliance with Robert’s procedures at system and operation levels;
• Develop and sustain quality professional relationships with clients in order to favor and stimulate their commitment and loyalty;
• Support the company’s efforts in terms of training, prevention, safety and compliance as well as improvement of systems and processes;
• Manage receiving;
• Manage appointments;
• Answer carriers;
• Monitor the client process;
• Coordinate the shipping;
• Perform any other task.
