What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Sales representative at Bumper to Bumper:

Schedules and visits established customers in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers’ business needTakes orders from customers to renew their inventory, adds new items to their inventory, quotes on new equipment when needed; manages customer returns when appropriateExpands the existing customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customersMaintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnelConducts him/herself in a professional manner in order to enhance the corporate image of the companyUtilizes the computer system, internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer’s needsEffectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty information to customers in order to present a value propositionUtilizes sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunityProvides exceptional customer serviceEnsures customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.Displays a positive, helpful attitude and known to be a team player.
