Responsible for providing an exceptional Banquet experience from start to finish Follows the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel Food and Beverage Banquet Standard of Service Attention to detail from set up, event execution to tear down Assist with food and table prep before the event begins Set up buffet with food presentation standards and practices while ensuring food safe handling is in order Food, wine and beverage knowledge Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, open wine and take drink orders from Guests Shows a passion for hospitality, service and food Health & Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times Assists in any F&B Department Outlet as business volumes dictateGuest Experience :
Deliver an elevated experience for our guests within our Food and Beverage Outlets Determine & ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining a high level of professionalism Accommodates all guests and is responsible for replenishing buffet food, refilling beverages, and removing dirty dishes from the tables Brings any guest concerns to the Banquet Leadership team and or event organizers Act as an ambassador of the Hotel & Sun Peaks with the ability to promote internal and external eventsTeam Commitment:
