Project Manager (Intermediate)- Port Coquitlam
Brymark Installations Group Inc. (Brymark) is a multi-discipline industrial general contracting company with a primary focus on piping, structural and mechanical system installation for British Columbia's petrochemical, bulk material handling, power generation, mining, and pulp and paper industries. Brymark Installations Group Inc., an industrial contracting company based in British Columbia and a part of the Carlson Construction Group, is searching for an Intermediate Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position: Intermediate Project Manager
Location: Port Coquitlam
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily operations during the construction phase to ensure efficiency and quality. Planning and preparing construction schedules using an earned value method to effectively monitor progress. Preparing and negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project finances. Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to nurture effective relationships. Deploying resources efficiently and upholding a strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environment standards.Qualifications/Requirements:
Holds a B.Sc. in a related field, Applied Technologist, or equivalent Trade experience. PMP designation is advantageous. 3-5 years of project management experience in heavy industrial projects. Experience working with subcontractors, managing schedules, and handling contract documentation. Knowledge of heavy industrial projects, including Process Piping in Oil and Gas sectors. Proficiency in software applications like MS Project, Primavera P6, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and vehicle access required.Skills/Abilities/Attributes:

Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented with a focus on prioritization and time management.
