Job description:
Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, the Assistant, Investor Relations will work closely with the Director, the IR team, and the senior executive team to develop and execute the Company’s investor relations and communications strategy.
Maintaining investor database for the Investor Relations, Treasury, and ESG Teams;Maintaining charts and tables of daily production data from key operations;Will lead in the coordination, participation and planning of industry conferences, marketing and other corporate events, including 1x1 schedules, presentation materials and investor biographies;Assist in travel arrangements, including flights and hotels, for conferences, marketing and other corporate events;Occasional attendance of industry conferences, marketing and other corporate events;Assist in scheduling pre-quarter and post-quarter calls with analysts and investors;Assist in preparing a summary of analyst consensus estimates;Assist in scheduling proxy calls with key investors;Assist in preparing reports summarizing proxy results for the Corporate Secretary and Lead Independent Director;Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of external communication materials, including first draft of presentations and review of press releases, annual report, and quarterly materials;Assist in the preparation of materials to be presented to the Board of Directors;Assist in maintaining the corporate website when needed;Other related duties as required.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; adept at creating PowerPoint presentationsWorking knowledge of graphics software, such as Adobe Photoshop or similar;Strong project management, communications and organizational skills.Interest in investor relations and the mining sectorAbility to work in a calm, composed manner in fast-paced environment under tight deadline pressureA dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a group settingExemplary organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksVisit our website and register for instant job alerts at
