Position: Seasonal Home Centre Associate
Term: Temporary contract until approximately December 31, 2024.
Part-time: 24 – 36 hours per week.
Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and respond to customer questions Familiarize yourself with our product range Stay updated on new product details to ensure comprehensive product knowledge Cashier duties; Ensure accurate processing of sale transactions Prepare special orders and manage inventory Replenish shelves and contribute to inventory audits Assist in merchandise displays Perform sales calls with efficiency Participate in tasks such as loading products and cutting flooring Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned by the managerQualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Outstanding customer service and communication skills Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required Applicants must be over 14 years old.
