We’re looking for passionate, outgoing individuals to join our Bell Canada neighbourhood marketing team as a Bell Field Team/District Manager.

Essential Skills:

  • Passionate about leading and developing strong sales teams.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience mentoring remote sales teams.
  • A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to work hard to get the job done.
  • Fostering a culture of enthusiasm and continuous improvement.

The Work, The Mission:

  • Mentoring a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighbourhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.
  • Spend time in field coaching representatives one on one and in group settings.
  • Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
  • Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements.
  • Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement.
  • Assist with reporting in assigned district.

Compétences essentielles :

  • Passionné par la direction et le développement de solides équipes de vente.
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en mentorat d'équipes de vente à distance.
  • Être un leader pragmatique qui n'a pas peur de travailler fort pour accomplir son travail.
  • Favoriser une culture d'enthousiasme et d'amélioration continue.

Le travail, la mission :

  • Encadrer une équipe de représentants commerciaux qui visitent les foyers dans les quartiers assignés au nom de Bell Canada afin d'atteindre le succès des ventes.
  • Passer du temps sur le terrain à encadrer les représentants individuellement et en groupe. Participer à la gestion du personnel et aux efforts de recrutement pour maintenir les meilleurs talents.
  • S'assurer que les équipes sur le terrain répondent aux exigences en matière de productivité, de ventes et de rendement.
  • Utiliser les données pour identifier les lacunes et les domaines à améliorer.
  • Contribuer à l'établissement de rapports dans le district assigné.
