At Red Barn Market, we take pride in providing our community with an enjoyable shopping experience. As a Front End Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations at the front end of our store. You will assist in supervising our Front End operations, including cashier management, customer service, interact with customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout.

Job Duties:

Supervise a team of cashiersTrain new cashiers on company policies and proceduresEnsure that all cashiers are providing excellent customer serviceMonitor cashiers to ensure that they are following company policies and proceduresHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerAssist with bank deposits, stocking grocery and other duties

Job Requirements:

Available evenings, and weekends Previous retail experience in a retail environment Cash management Outstanding leadership and customer service skills Experience with ordering and scheduling is an asset Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure High school diploma or equivalent required
