En tant que Gestionnaire de produit, tu soutiendras l’évolution et l’expansion de toutes nouvelles solutions de signatures électroniques et numériques destinées au domaine notarial.
Les challenges qui t’attendent
- Déterminer la vision ainsi que la feuille de route des produits d’identités numériques sous votre responsabilité
- Effectuer l’analyse de l’industrie, des standards et la veille concurrentielle reliés aux solutions d’identités numériques.
- Participer à certaines conférences liées à l’identité numérique
- Entretenir des relations avec les joueurs et décideurs clés de l’industrie
- Maîtriser sommairement les technologies sous-jacentes aux divers types d’identités numériques
- Déterminer de nouvelles opportunités de développement de produits
- Planifier les livrables, prioriser les exigences et vous assurer de la coordination des différentes phases avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Prendre part aux validations et démonstrations des livraisons
- Définir et documenter les processus inhérents aux produits et les règles d’affaires associées.
- Être la personne ressource pour les parties prenantes concernées par le produit (Ventes, Marketing, Développement, Service à la clientèle, etc.)
- Établir la stratégie de déploiement et de mise en marché de nouvelles initiatives
- Travailler avec des fournisseurs et partenaires externes
- Voyager au maximum 6% du temps, pour assister à des événements en lien avec le secteur d’affaires
- Assister les ventes dans les démonstrations de produits et de fonctionnalités auprès de clients et de partenaires
- Répondre à des questions variées d’équipes internes et de clients et à des demandes d’informations (RFI, RFP) en appui aux équipes de Ventes et Développement des Affaires.
Qualifications
Ton profil ⚙️
- 10 ans+ d’expérience dans le milieu des technologies, dont 3 ans+ d’expérience à comme Gestionnaire de produit
- Excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Efficacité à gérer des priorités multiples
- Habileté à parler avec des clients et partenaires
- Être structuré, attentif aux détails et curieux de nature
- Capacité étroite à travailler avec les équipes de développement, d’assurance qualité et le support à la clientèle
- Connaissance de la méthodologie Agile
- Facilité avec la compréhension technique, l’installation de logiciels, les API, l’exécution de tests et la validation de fonctionnalités
- Atouts : Une connaissance de eIDAS, du PCTF (Pan Canadian Trust Framework), des Attestations Vérifiables (Verifiable Credential) et/ou de la vérification d’identité
- Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, autant écrit qu’à l’oral (certains de tes collègues, ainsi que plusieurs fournisseurs, partenaires et clients, sont situés hors-Québec)
