Description

The cashier primarily carries out the operation of the cash register with an attitude that is at all times, polite and courteous, in order to offer exceptional and attentive customer service.

Responsibilities:

Offer exemplary customer servicePerform customer transactionsMaintain the cleanliness and order of the cash counterValidate lottery ticketsManage couponsBalance cash registerMerchandising of designated areasAnswer phone calls

Requisite skills and knowledge:

Attention to detailGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenCommitment to providing excellent customer serviceOrganization and cleanlinessDynamicSecondary School Diploma, ongoing or completedExperience in customer service an asset
