We (Homemade Community) are located just outside of district . We have an annex space that is approximately square feet – we are in the process of outfitting for wellness practitioners to work out of.

Specifications:

– $/day looking for someone to book weekly so example four Mondays-Wednesdays is $ for four weeks.
– Ideally looking for a minimum of three days booked per week per practitioner – our dream scenario is two practitioners who want to collaborate and one works 4 days and the other works three or mixture thereof
– The space is private for you during your booked date & time. We provide a coffee bar, waiting area/counselling area (floor plan: living room) & massage/practitioner area (floor plan: bedroom), your own entrance code for security and luxury to work the times that you want.
– Your space has its own laundry, a kitchen and a bathroom.
– You are in charge of your own booking and billing. You need your own insurance and business license.
