POSITION OBJECTIVE

Identify the gaps and create a procedure to comply with the legal requirements related to the specialized service for BRP.

Y OUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Detect the specialized services that BRP has in the Plants of Queretaro and Ciudad Juarez, confirm that the contracts are in order, that they have physical signs of the parties and duly files in digital and physical. Give training to the involved employees in the company, to explain the obligations that BRP has related to the specialized services. Have communication with the Finance Area to comply with the requirements of the labor and taxes laws.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Communication. Legal analysis. Legal composition. To understand the structure of a company if he/ she wants to initiate his/ her career on corporate law. Discipline in the legal files.

EDUCATION

Last semester students in law career

LENGUAGE

Fluent in Spanishwritten and verbal. English written and verbal (Min: 80%). Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
