About the team you are joining

Global Aviation Data Management (GADM) team is responsible for thedevelopment, implementation and support of data solutions needed to monitorsafety, operational and efficiency KPIs. These includes, without being limitedto 

Managing aviation data sharing programs
Supporting internal and external businesses in their data, reporting and dashboard needs
Developing a coherent approach to data visualization and analysis
Ensuring the availability, reliability, and quality of the data and related dashboards through continuous monitoring
Adhering to data governance policies, quality standards and best practices

What your day would be like

You will be working with a team on thefollowing items: 

Manage the integration of operational data measurements and algorithms including documenting, coordinating, and monitoring the process. 
Define, develop, and monitor processes to ensure the quality of all datasets available to GADM.
Liaise with the Operations, Safety and Security (OSS) division stakeholders for the delivery of data visualization and analytics as part of large projects. 
Define, design, document and build data visualization for GADM related data analytics services / products.
Take responsibility of the design and development of back-end and front-end data models for visualization of GADM related data analytics services / products.
Provide recommendations and participate in the development of strategic direction for GADM and all related data analytics services / products.

We would love to hear from you if you have

Experience in aviation operations & safety ( airline, maintenance, MRO or safety audit organizations, SMS, ATM, airport)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics
Proficiency in business intelligence software such as Power BI
Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical reports as well as data stories (presentations)
Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, report writing skills and the ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written; knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
