Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology companythat specializes in the development of videogames.
Role Summary: As aMidLevel Cinematic Artist you will work closely with the CinematicsDirector and various departments of the Game Team to createcompelling cinematic scenes that enhance the overall gamingexperience. Your expertise in storytelling cinematography animationand editing will be crucial in bringing the games narrative tolife.

4.What are the keyresponsibilities
Work with the Cinematics Director and various departments of theGame Team.
Previsualize scenes inMaya and Unreal using concepts scripts andstoryboards.
Prepare and supportmotion capture sessions.
Performtechnical layout of realtime scenes in Motion Builder Maya andUnreal.
Edit scenes with audiousing Premiere and Unreal.
Polishthe final camera work.
Createseamless transitions between gameplay andcinematics.
Convey emotions andstorytelling through cinematiccameras.
Develop a deepunderstanding of proprietary tools and processes used inlayout.
Anticipate layoutproduction needs and effectively communicate toolrequests.
Collaborate withproduction on dependencies estimates andscheduling.
Mentor and train newlayout artists asneeded.

5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess
MUSTHave Skills andQualifications:
35 years ofexperience in video games film/television orequivalent.
Artrelated degreeand/or comparable professionalexperience.
Indepth understandingof cinematic language and storytellingtechniques.
Strong knowledge ofcamera lenses and principles ofcinematography.
Experienceworking with motion capture.
Comprehensive understanding of animationprinciples.
Ability to offercreative problemsolving ideas forcinematics.
Excellent timemanagement and organizationalskills.
Proficiency in MayaMotion Builder and Premiere.
Preferred Skills andQualifications:
Scripting skillsin Maya and Motion Builder.
Unreal Engine or other game engineexperience.
Animation rigging andvideo editingexperience.
