Aider le gérant de magasin à s’assurer que toutes les normes d’exploitation, y compris les politiques, les procédures, la présentation des marchandises et les lignes directrices visuelles, sont respectées.Soutenir, motiver et aider quotidiennement les membres de l’équipe du magasin à donner un rendement constant et supérieur à la moyenne en matière de service à la clientèle.S’assurer que tous les membres de l’équipe ont reçu une formation complète au marchandisage et aux travaux physiques du magasin,Aider le gérant de magasin à assumer ses responsabilités en matière d’embauche, de perfectionnement et de supervision des employés dans le magasin, à savoir le recrutement, la formation, et l’évaluation du rendement.Atteindre les objectifs généraux établis pour les ventes, les commandes d’impression personnalisée, le contrôle de la paie, les normes de marque et les résultats de dégonflement des stocks dans le magasin.Collaborer avec le gérant de magasin à analyser les tendances de vente et à saisir les occasions de maximisation des ventes et des profits dans le magasin (p. ex., organisation des promotions, lancement de nouvelles gammes de produits, etc.).S’assurer que tous les documents et rapports sont remplis et transmis de façon exacte et ponctuelle.Collaborer avec le gérant de magasin à l’élaboration d’un plan stratégique sur une base trimestrielle et annuelle, afin de s’assurer que les buts et objectifs sont atteints. Surveiller le rendement sur une base mensuelle.Entretenir et protéger les biens de l’entreprise. Mettre en œuvre des contrôles de prévention des pertes afin de contrôler les erreurs de papier et de système. Suivre toutes les procédures de gestion des flux de trésorerie et des caisses.L’horaire sera souple et comprendra du travail en soirée en fin de semaine, au besoin, selon les besoins de l’entreprise, comme approuvé par le directeur régional. L’horaire comprendra une alternance hebdomadaire d’ouvertures et de fermetures (3 fermetures d’une semaine et 2 fermetures la semaine suivante, en permanence). Le gérant peut arriver en retard lors d’un quart de fermeture. L’horaire comprend également 3 samedis et 1 dimanche par mois. Lorsqu’il travaille un samedi ou un dimanche, il peut prendre des jours de congé pendant la semaine. Il y aura 1 fin de semaine de congé par mois, si les affaires et la couverture le permettent.Aider le gérant de magasin dans la sélection, la formation, et l’évaluation du rendement des responsables des clés, y compris les affectations écrites, et assurer le suivi quotidien de tous les résultats.Exécuter les tâches et projets supplémentaires affects par le gérant de magasin.

Ces gérants doivent provenir d’un milieu de vente prospère et posséder d’excellentes techniques de vente. De plus, ces gérants doivent être en mesure d’enseigner ces mêmes compétences aux membres de leur équipe.

Les candidats possèderont une expérience en gestion de détail dans le recrutement, l’embauche et la formation du personnel. La gestion du budget des ventes et de la paie est un aspect très important de ce rôle.

To deliver the profit goals of the company by; developing a highly productive staff, and by the successful execution of all company programs in your assigned store.

Assist store manager in ensuring that all operating standards including; policies, procedures, merchandise presentation and visual guidelines, are followed.Support, motivate, and assist, team members to deliver a consistent, above average performance of customer service standards, on a daily basis.Ensure all team members are fully trained in the merchandising, and physical operations of the store.Assist store manager in the hiring, development, and supervision of team members. This includes recruiting, training and performance assessment.Achieve overall established goals for sales, custom printing, payroll control, Brand Standards and shrinkage results within the store.Work with store manager to analyze sales trends and identify opportunities that will maximize sales and profits in your store. (I.e., implementation of promotions, new product lines, etc.)Ensure all required paperwork/reporting is completed, and transmitted, in an accurate and timely manner.Work with the store manager to develop a strategic plan on a quarterly and annual basis, to ensure goals and objectives are met. Monitor performance on a monthly basis.Maintain and protect company assets. Implement loss prevention controls and control paper and system errors. Follow all cash management and register procedures.Your work schedule will be flexible, and will include nights and weekends as necessary, due to the needs of the business, as approved by the regional manager. Assist store manager in the selection, training and performance of key holder personnel, including written assignments, and follow up of all results, on a daily basisPerform additional duties and projects as assigned by the store manager.
