SAP Technology Coordinator


The SAP Technology Coordinator is a key role responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing the implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP technologies and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and the ability to coordinate activities among various teams to ensure the effective utilization of these technologies to meet business objectives.


Responsibilities:

Coordinate the planning, implementation, and maintenance of SAP solutions, including SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP technology solutions. Oversee the integration landscape, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP systems and other enterprise applications Coordinate the design, development, and deployment of integrations, considering best practices and industry standards. Work closely with teams to identify opportunities for leveraging SAP BTP services and technologies to enhance business processes. Collaborate with application development teams to ensure optimal use of SAP BTP capabilities. Coordinate SAP-related projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, including SAP developers, administrators, and business analysts. Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP users, addressing issues and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the SAP skills of end-users and IT staff. Coordinate SAP system upgrades and enhancements, working with technical teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Stay informed about SAP product releases and updates, assessing their potential impact on the organization. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, integrations, and processes. Generate and distribute regular reports on SAP system performance, utilization, and issues. Work closely with SAP vendors and service providers to stay informed about new features, patches, and support options.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing SAP-related services.

 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Proven experience in coordinating SAP projects and technologies. In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functionalities. Familiarity with SAP BTP and its various services. Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and troubleshooting Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. SAP certification(s) is a plus.

Le Coordinateur(trice) Technologie SAP joue un rôle clé en supervisant, coordonnant et optimisant la mise en œuvre, la maintenance et le support des technologies SAP ainsi que de la plateforme technologique SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) au sein de l'organisation. Ce poste nécessite une compréhension approfondie des systèmes SAP et la capacité de coordonner des activités entre différentes équipes pour assurer une utilisation efficace de ces technologies afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.

Responsabilités:

Coordonner la planification, la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des solutions SAP, y compris SAP BTP, en assurant l'alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins commerciaux et les traduire en solutions technologiques SAP. Superviser le paysage d'intégration, assurant une connectivité transparente entre les systèmes SAP et d'autres applications d'entreprise. Coordonner la conception, le développement et le déploiement des intégrations, en tenant compte des meilleures pratiques et des normes de l'industrie. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes pour identifier les opportunités d'utilisation des services et technologies SAP BTP afin d'améliorer les processus métier. Collaborer avec les équipes de développement d'applications pour assurer une utilisation optimale des capacités de SAP BTP. Coordonner les projets liés à SAP, en veillant au respect des échéances, des budgets et des normes de qualité. Faciliter la communication et la collaboration entre les équipes de projet, y compris les développeurs SAP, les administrateurs et les analystes métier. Fournir un support et résoudre les problèmes des utilisateurs SAP, garantissant un niveau élevé de satisfaction des utilisateurs. Élaborer et dispenser des programmes de formation pour améliorer les compétences SAP des utilisateurs finaux et du personnel informatique. Coordonner les mises à niveau et les améliorations du système SAP, travailler avec les équipes techniques pour assurer une transition fluide et une perturbation minimale des opérations commerciales. Rester informé des nouvelles versions et mises à jour des produits SAP, évaluant leur impact potentiel sur l'organisation. Maintenir une documentation complète des configurations SAP, des intégrations et des processus. Générer et distribuer des rapports réguliers sur la performance, l'utilisation et les problèmes du système SAP. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services SAP pour rester informé des nouvelles fonctionnalités, des correctifs et des options de support. Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs tiers fournissant des services liés à SAP.

Qualifications:

Diplôme de baccalauréat en informatique, sciences de l'informatique ou domaine connexe. Expérience avérée dans la coordination de projets et de technologies SAP. Connaissance approfondie des systèmes, modules et fonctionnalités SAP. Familiarité avec SAP BTP et ses différents services. Solides compétences en gestion de projet et en coordination. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Capacités de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage. Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Certification(s) SAP serait un plus.
