Position Description:

Als Senior SAP Commerce / Hybris Developer (m/w/d) spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umsetzung von E-Commerce-Lösungen und Marketplace-Integrationen für unsere vielfältige Kundenbasis. Du arbeitest eng mit Projektteams zusammen, um hochwertige SAP Commerce (Hybris) Anwendungen und Marketplace-Funktionen zu entwickeln, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zugeschnitten sind. Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Konzeption, Entwicklung und Integration von E-Commerce-Lösungen, einschließlich Marketplace-Komponenten, und trägst durch deine Expertise maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Projekte bei.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Entwickeln und Implementieren hochwertiger E-Commerce-Lösungen basierend auf SAP Commerce Cloud-Plattform (Hybris) innerhalb cross-funktionaler Scrum-Teams.
• Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen zur Generierung von geschäftlichem Mehrwert.
• Konzeption und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Erweiterungen und Integrationen.
• Gewährleistung der technischen Qualität durch Code-Reviews, automatisierte Tests und sorgfältige Dokumentation.
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Projektplanung und -steuerung, inklusive Aufwandsschätzungen und Risikoanalyse.
• Leadership und Expertise in der Zusammenarbeit mit Nearshore-Teams, Übernahme einer führenden Rolle.
• Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der SAP Commerce / Hybris Kompetenzen durch Wissensaustausch und Coaching von Kollegen.
• Umsetzung von funktionalen und nichtfunktionalen Anforderungen in tragfähige Designs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Du verfügst über 5 bis 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im Bereich der Applikationsentwicklung, spezialisiert auf die SAP Commerce Cloud, Java, J2EE, Spring Framework sowie Design Patterns und objektorientierte Programmierung (OOP). Deine technische Expertise umfasst zudem fundierte Kenntnisse in JSP, JSON, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, REST API und Adyen Payment. Darüber hinaus bringst du mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder in deinem speziellen Fachgebiet mit.

Deine Kompetenzen beinhalten:

• Umfassende Erfahrung in kompletten End-to-End-Implementierungsprojekten mit SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), vorzugsweise in der Version v.
• Ausgeprägte architektonische Erfahrung mit E-Commerce-Plattformen, basierend auf SAP Commerce Cloud und dem B2C-Accelerator.
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Hybris-Updates auf neue Versionen, mit der Fähigkeit, Projekte selbstständig zu leiten.
• Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Hybris-Funktionen wie Produktsuche & Navigation, Zahlungsvorgänge, Promotionen, Solr, Warenkorb, Checkout, Backoffice-Anpassungen etc.
• Fähigkeit, technische Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Implementierung von SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) zu diagnostizieren und zu lösen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und externen Stakeholdern zur Definition von Implementierungsprozessen und Qualitätsstandards.
• Erfahrung mit der Integration von Ayden Payment ist ein Plus.

Zusätzlich besitzt du:

• Erfahrung mit PSP Integration.
• Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken, bevorzugt Oracle und MySQL.
• Umfassende Kenntnisse relevanter Open-Source-Libraries/Frameworks, insbesondere Spring und Web Services.
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse des gesamten Softwareentwicklungslebenszyklus, einschließlich Konfigurationsmanagement, Build-Tools, Continuous Integration, Developer Testing und Delivery.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Web-Entwicklungstechnologien wie XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript und AJAX.
• Wünschenswert sind vertiefte Kenntnisse anderer E-Commerce-Plattformen und Marktplatzkonzepte.
• Branchenkenntnisse im E-Commerce, vorzugsweise im Einzelhandel, in der Telekommunikation oder in digitalen Medien, sind von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit mit agilen Softwareentwicklungsmethoden ist wünschenswert.
