How you’ll make a difference:

Lead high-profile landscape architecture projects, ensuring innovative, sustainable design solutions that respond to our clients' needs. Drive project implementation from conceptual design to construction documentation and administration, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Develop and strengthen client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations, to help secure new projects and opportunities. Uphold and promote our commitment to community wellbeing and environmental responsibility in every aspect of our work.

What you bring:

A professional degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Design (BLA or MLA preferred). At least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a consultancy environment. Registration with OALA or eligibility for licensure. Strong visual and graphic communication skills. Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships. A commitment to professional development and community involvement.
