Job Description: Experience as a CI Leader or Clinical project Lead. Experience in Transfusion Medicine Inpatient and Outpatient workflows and/or design. Experience in Canadian Health Care System a Requirement Experience in understanding BC/Canadian TML requirements an asset but not a requirement. Has proven experience leading a team of resources, including informatics, business analysts, and working with EHR Build teams. Proven experience participating in EHR design and implementations in a lead role, including: the identification, mitigation, and management of identified project level risk and issues. Documentation and reporting of project status through project governance processes. Has strong written documentation skills, including but not limited SBARs, Briefing Notes, Governance Decision Tickets, Project Status Updates Experience in the following tools required: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio Working knowledge of MS Project role for project management and the importance of resource allocation, resource levelling, and slack management Ability to facilitate project team scrums as necessary to track and manage work deliverables and escalations. Strong organizational skills abilities and managing multiple tracks of work or competing priorities. Includes organization of own work and deliverables as well as supporting the organization of the team as a whole to ensure the project stays on track and on time to meet its deliverables. Has demonstrated experience in leading a project through design, into implementation.
