Account Manager I

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you will be:

Supporting our customer base and partner network. Focusing on enriching relationships with existing accounts and warm leads. Leveraging your expertise to uncover new opportunities, contributing to our team’s growth and proactive outreach efforts. Actively managing and expanding the sales pipeline while diligently working to secure and close on new business deals. Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. Continuing the legacy of exceptional service that our customers have grown to expect and appreciate.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or Technology field. 3+ years of related sales experience working in technology (preferably Software or High Tech). 3+ years proven experience with identifying, qualifying, developing, negotiating and closing sales in your target market. You are curious, resourceful and good at solving problems You are a planner with a knack for successfully navigating and negotiating through the sales lifecycle. You are a strong clear communicator with an excellent command of the English language and are confident in your writing and presentation abilities to communicate with the team as well as with external stakeholders. You have high energy, a positive attitude, are helpful and a team player Passionate about technology. You are curious about data inter-connectivity and how data, databases, and systems flow and communication with one another.
