Als Data Intelligence Einheit haben wir uns dem Thema Daten verschrieben und im Rahmen dessen arbeiten wir in gemischten Teams, aus erfahrenen Mitarbeiter:innen und Berufseinsteiger:innen, in teils internationalen agilen Projektteams, an der Entwicklung innovativer Themen rund um Analytics und AI.

Das erwartet dich bei uns
Als Data Governance Consultant (m/w/d) bist du unsere erste Wahl, wenn es um die Verwaltung des Informationsflusses in Organisationen und die Integrität, Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit von Daten geht. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden in den Bereichen Data Quality, Data Privacy und Master Data Management. In Projekten unterstützt du als Teil der Data Intelligence-Einheit unsere Kunden aus diversen Branchen (u.a. Financial Services, Communications, Manufacturing, Retail) bei folgenden Aufgaben:
• Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Einführung von Data Governance Strategien
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Datenqualitätsstandards
• Entwicklung von Methoden und Prozessen zur Überwachung der Datenzuverlässigkeit
• Konzeption und Implementierung von Data Dictionaries und Methoden zur Unterstützung von Datenstandards
• Korrekte Erfassung und Maintenance von Metadaten
• Begleitung von Proof of Concepts
Du bringst dich in unserer Data Intelligence-Community mit deinem Know How ein und gemeinsam mit den anderen CGI-Membern aktiv Themen voranbringen, Innovation scouten und in CGI und unsere Kunden hereintragen. Darüber hinaus finden wir es klasse, wenn Member auch außerhalb von CGI in entsprechenden Communities sichtbar sind und ein Netzwerk pflegen.

Das solltest du mitbringen
Zunächst einmal solltest du Spaß an dem haben was du tust, die nötige Datenkompetenz mitbringen und die Fähigkeit besitzen, andere mitzureißen und Deine Ideen überzeugend darzustellen. Darüber hinaus solltest du kommunikationsstark und ein echter Team Player sein. Du hast praktische Erfahrungen in agilen Arbeitsweisen und gute Kenntnisse über aktuelle Technologien und IT-Architekturen. Du bist Neuem gegenüber aufgeschlossen und hast einen Blick für den Wandel im Zeitalter der digitalen Transformation. Zudem solltest du bei folgenden Punkten noch beruhigt mit Ja antworten können:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Nachweisbare (track record und Referenzen) praktische Berufserfahrung im Kontext Data Governance, Data Management oder ähnlichem Berufsfeld
• Ausgeprägtes, konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
• Fundierte Erfahrungen in Datenmodellierung
• Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und der Anforderungsanalyse
• Erfahrung mit SQL- und NoSQL-Datenbanken
• Gute Kenntnisse und mit dem Thema Data Analytics, Datenschutz und DSGVO / GDPR Regelungen
• Gute Kenntnisse mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (DMS) oder Datenkatalogen (z.B. Informatica)
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
