The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled MFL Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MFL teacher looking for a new challenge or an ECT looking to develop their career. The successful candidate will provide outstanding education in MFL, collaborate with the Assistant Principal to raise standards, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of student outcomes and professional development within the academy. We currently teach French but are open to applicants specializing in a different MFL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality MFL lessons using effective pedagogical approaches.
- Work collaboratively with the Assistant Principal to support high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and enhance the MFL curriculum and extracurricular provision.
- Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of student progress and curriculum planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching MFL.
- Strong understanding of effective pedagogical approaches in MFL.
- Passion for leading successful learning in the classroom and across the subject.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
