Job Description

Assist in the implementation of the Jeppesen rostering system; Work with Jeppesen to ensure they have a proper understanding of Air Transat’s requirements; Work with other Jeppesen SMEs to ensure sprint deadlines and testing are met; Administrative tasks such as the monitoring of jiras and accepting testing; Assist in Jeppesen weekly meeting, workshops and sprint demonstrations; Participate in project management with various departments; Ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders; Assist in the development of procedures, user guides, and necessary documentation for different teams; Assist in training different teams; Ensure the updates and stay knowledgeable of government requirements regarding Canadian aviation regulations (CARs - Canadian Aviation Regulations); Participate in stabilizing the application once implemented; Support operational production; Perform any other related tasks requested by the Manager of Crew Planning

Qualifications

Knowledge of PNT and PNC collective agreements; Knowldge of AdOpt, Crew Bid, PBS and AIMS systems; Knowledge and understanding of crew planning principles; Knowledge of crew training planning (an asset); Excellent communication skills; Ability to work under pressure; Significant proficiency in using technological tools and softwares; Understanding of operational context and processes; Experience in developing dashboards and data visualization tools (an asset).
