About the role

The role will be responsible forproviding all-round support for nominated customer accounts to ensure safe and efficient delivery of products and services to customers. You will also support key administrative functions, lead specific process improvement initiatives and ensure the day to day business runs smoothly.

Temporary / Fixed term contract - End date: 2025-08-31

What you will be doing

You'll support your team's portfolio and commercial performance by monitoring execution of our operational contracts. Our contracts are varied. They can include a single or mixture of products and services - commercial explosives, people, equipment, and technical support.


Day-to-day you'll manage contract variations, monitor contract compliance, and provide data and reports. Acting as key systems users and champions of a variety of process initiatives Primarily you will be office-based, however you'll need to be in the field from time-to-time to support operational deliverables.

What you will bring

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office management or business administration role; Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance or engineering are desirable but not essential; Strong computer literacy - Advanced level Excel & SAP user skills highly desirable; Highly developed influencing and interpersonal skills; An eye for detail and an ability to work alongside diverse and multidisciplinary teams; Demonstrated commercial acumen; A collaborative work style, with an inquisitive mind and desire to develop professionally; A mind-set that looks for ways to deliver higher performance and adapt swiftly to changing needs; Pride and accountability for everyone's safety and wellbeing, including your own.
