Upton storePhaneuf Agricultural Equipment is looking for a motivated service manager to join our passionate and dynamic team.If you have a passion for agriculture and you have solid experience in managing a mechanical workshop, we want to meet with you.As a service manager, you will be responsible for managing the Upton branch workshop. You will have to maintain and establish exceptional service standards for our clientele and delegate daily operations in the department while repecting the established profitability objectives.We offer: Competitive total compensation5 more paid holidays than labour standards, including your birthdayA welfare allowance of $ every yearA full range of employee benefits, including a group insurance program (including EFAP and virtual care) and a simplified pension plan to which Phaneuf contributesAnd much more Your role : Oversee and plan daily personnel operations in the workshop (technicians, technical adviser, court clerk, etc.)Manage personnel and ensure their development and trainingParticipate the department’s hiring processEstablish and maintain excellence in customer service by maintaiing good business relationships, meeting deadlines and working closely with other departmentsFollow up on emergency calls outside of working hoursImplement strategies to achieve established objectivesManage the department’s activities (management of work orders, invoicing, payments, deliveries, etc.)Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards (monitor, identify, correct)Participate in agricultural events to promote our company and its products. As an ideal candidate, you have : AED, DEC or BAC in administration or in a related field or experience deemed equivalentIn-depth knowledge of mechanicsKnowledge of the agricultural environment, an assetMinimum experience of 3 years in a similar positionExcellent communication, planning and customer service skillsLogical reasoning skills and excellent judgement You are : Patient and diplomaticCollaborative and involvedFactual and analyticalGood with numbers and communicationYou are : patient et diplomaticcollaborative and involvedfactual and analyticalgood with numbers and communication
