The Life of a Restaurant & Experience Host:

Greet high volumes of visitors to the property in a predominantly outdoor environment, and attend to their specific requirements in a friendly and helpful manner Communicate details of tours & experiences, wine boutique offerings, restaurant reservation & walk ins Act as the first impression of the property Welcome guests to the property, seat parties, answer guest inquiries, and facilitate property tours as required  Maintain and organize guest reservations using Tock System and OpenTable Ensure clear communication between Host Team and rest of hospitality teams Manage reservations and graciously fulfill guest requests in a professional and timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1-year experience working in a fast-paced, restaurant or hospitality environment Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment, through Okanagan Spring and Summer conditions Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude 2 years of hospitality-related customer service Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season Current Serving It Right Certification
