We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Administrator in the Greater Toronto Area to join our construction safety firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project administration, particularly in the safety industry, and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple safety projects. 


Responsibilities:

• Update and track project schedules

• Update project budgets and expenditures

• Take new orders from clients and internal teams and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse staff and International offices. 

• Prepare progress reports and other project documentation

• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success

• Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements

• Collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue new business opportunities


Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Familiarity with relevant safety standards in the construction industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
