Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Casualty Claims Adjuster to join our team in Quebec, Canada. This position can be in-office, hybrid or fully remote.
Responsibilities
Evaluates casualty claims through loss investigation and negotiates settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of technical experience in handling complex casualty claims Post-Secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset Independent Adjusting Lisence is required - personal and commercial AMF Lisence Experience in road adjusting including the investigation and detailed reporting of multi-line claims Strong computer and reporting skills including Office 365 A team player with outstanding customer service skills

Résumé de la Position
Nous recrutons actuellement un Expert en Sinistres en Responsabilité Bilingue pour rejoindre notre équipe interne à Québec, Canada. Le lieu de travail est flexible, et nous pouvons offrir des arrangements de travail en bureau, hybrides ou entièrement à distance.
Le candidat qualifié sera en charge d'évaluer les réclamations automobiles et immobilières commerciales par le biais d'enquêtes sur les pertes et de négocier des règlements conformément aux exigences provinciales en matière de licences, tout en maintenant des niveaux de production et des relations avec les clients adéquats.
Responsabilités
Enquête, collecte et analyse des informations sur les réclamations Évalue la couverture, la responsabilité et le quantum Négocie, règle et finalise les réclamations Enregistrement, rapport et présentation précis des fichiers Maintien de la facturation exacte et des relevés de temps et de dépenses Travailler avec le gestionnaire pour maintenir les relations avec les clients
Qualifications
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience technique dans le traitement des sinistres automobiles et immobiliers commerciaux Une formation postsecondaire dans un domaine lié à l'assurance sera considérée comme un atout Une licence d'expert en sinistre indépendante est requise La licence AMF pour les particuliers et les entreprises est requise.
