As the Senior Business Analyst you will deliver process transformation, monitoring, & improvement. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will ensure that operational & strategic data reporting requirements are available to enable business decisions, align with regulatory standards, and are delivered with high quality. You will lead the process documentation, regulatory reporting, and compliance tracking & monitoring to support the Technology Infrastructure team in achieving our target objectives in alignment with business strategies.
How you will create impact:
Create and update dashboards and prepare recommendation reports for senior management using clear concise language as well as graphic depictions to identify and explain the relevant data. Benchmark performance and profitability metrics against industry. Leverage descriptive analytics to identify & monitor trends and propose strategic recommendations to support the growth & maturity of our business. Prepare summary reports and communicate results with team leaders to avoid overdue items and ensure closure.Consulting with stakeholders to understand, gather and document clear and concise business and technology requirements, processes, issues and risks.
Writing carefully sized and crafted user stories for development and testing, including elaborating on acceptance criteria to ensure representation of business and technical solutions.
Mentoring and providing guidance to the team, ensuring digital standards are clear and adhered to and identifying quality improvement and efficiency opportunities.

You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.

To join our team:
You have five years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working in an agile environment.
You have a post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science.
You have excellent business and systems knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures and workflows.
You have detailed knowledge of the digital space, including the ability to apply user-centric approaches to build and understand the digital experience.
Having a Business Analyst certification is an asset.
