Mandatory Skills: Demonstrated experience in communication skills (written and oral) in English. A University degree in Computer Science or similar disciplines is preferred but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A minimum of five () years of demonstrated experience in programming, analysis, and system design. years A minimum of two () years demonstrated experience with each of the following:
- .NET core or later
- Entity Framework years

Nice to Have: A minimum of three () years demonstrated experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). years Demonstrated experience with MS DevOps + including commenting source code and updating GIT and/or TFVC repositories. Other source control technologies will be considered. year Demonstrated experience with the use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, SharePoint and communication technology such as Lync, Skype or Teams. year Demonstrated experience developing bilingual based software. years Demonstrated experience working in a team environment. Specify team size and composition as well as the team environment ( agile, waterfall, etc.). years Demonstrated experience with responsive web design. years Demonstrated experience with the entity framework and/or .net Core years Demonstrated experience with Code First Development years Demonstrated experience with security, including authentication and authorization. years Demonstrated experience in the Early Childhood Development domain, with any jurisdiction in North America. year
