We are currently looking for a Training Centre Operations Team Leader (TCOL) to join our team in Comox, British Columbia. The TCOL will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our training center meets the RCAF's critical training needs on the C-295 aircraft. Your efforts will directly contribute to keeping Canada’s SAR crews mission-ready, supporting the high-stakes operations that save lives across our country.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Training Support System Manager (TSSM) in delivering training aligned with Canada’s Integrated Master Schedule. Manage and resolve training schedule conflicts to maximize efficiency. Lead the Training Centre Operations Team, ensuring smooth coordination and resource optimization for all FWSAR training activities. Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain the high standard of training excellence. Participate in Change Control Board meetings to address and document training system improvements. Collaborate closely with CAE and AirPro Engineering to implement aircraft training device service bulletins and address any deviations in the system. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, post-secondary diploma, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong understanding of military environments and training processes. Experience in high-pressure, dynamic work settings with strong leadership and communication skills. Prior experience in FWSAR or a training center environment is an asset.
