Systems Testing/QA Lead

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Core Skills & Experience + years experience with developing scalable applications in Azure Cloud and PowerApps + years experience with Azure DevOps Microsoft certifications around Azure cloud competencies + years of experience in conducting technical evaluation and assessment of options for technical design issues, application configuration and integration capabilities, related tools and utilities, gap analysis of integration components to technical requirements / specifications / documentation. + years of experience in software in various computing platforms, operating systems, database technology, communication protocols, middleware and gateways Technical Skills Development experience in Power Apps, Portals, Power Automate, and model driven applications. Experience in Power Platform Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance improvements, capacity planning, auditing within Power Platform and Dynamics Experience developing reports and dashboards within PowerApps using SSRS Experience in configuration and customization of Dynamics CE and Dynamics portals Development experience with Dataverse. Good SQL skills. Experience in integration of Sharepoint and Power Automate Azure DevOps experience around release, pipelines and automated deployments, unit testing, PowerShell, CLI, source control. Experience working with Power Automate connectors and integration with Office Online products ( Word online) Experience in Azure resource configuration and administration such as Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Application Insight resources, resource groups and subscriptions. Experience in using Excel templates in PowerApps. Must haves: Development experience in Power Apps, Portals, Power Automate, and model driven applications. Experience in Power Platform Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance improvements, capacity planning, auditing within Power Platform and Dynamics . + years experience with developing scalable applications in Azure Cloud and PowerApps + years experience with Azure DevOps Microsoft certifications around Azure cloud competencies + years of experience in conducting technical evaluation and assessment of options for technical design issues Public Sector Experience Experience with Public Sector processes around incident and change management. Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar), processes and practices, and ability to produce technical documentation that comply with industry standard practices Consulting & communication skills Proven critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communications skills to engage with all stakeholders. Proven track record for building strong working relationships. Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively A motivated, flexible, creative team player with perseverance, excellent multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines
