Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Projektsteuerung in enger Abstimmung mit den Delivery-Einheiten (auch nearshore / offshore)
- Einhaltung und Kommunikation von SLAs
- Erste Eskalationsinstanz für Kunden
- Regelmäßige Kundentermine, bspw. in Form von Service Delivery Boards
- Schnelle und professionelle Reaktion auf Kundenanliegen
- Cross- und Upselling bei Bestandskunden
- Unterstützung bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden
- Kontinuierliche Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Ausbildungsgang mit
- Tiefgehende Erfahrung im Bereich IT Service Management bzw. Service Delivery und den dazugehörenden Prozessen zeichnen Dich aus
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis (z.B. ITIL)
- Du bist in der Lage komplexe Services vor Kunde zu verantworten
- Du bist hierbei kreativ im Entwickeln von Ideen zur Kostenreduzierung und Verbesserung der Services in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Du verfolgst mit Einsatzbereitschaft den engen Austausch mit ihren Kunden und Projektteams, Probleme werden hierbei frühzeitig von Dir erkannt
- Du bist in der Lage Projektteams fachlich zu führen
- Idealerweise eCommerce Erfahrung und Steuerung / Zusammenarbeit mit virtuellen Teams
- Ein ausdrucksstarkes Auftreten, kommunikative Stärke sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung zeichnen Dich aus
- Fließende und effiziente Kommunikation (mündlich und schriftlich) in deutscher und englischer Sprache runden Dein Profil ab
