Basic accounting functions including processing and posting transactions Monthly account reconciliations Paperwork processing and verification General administrative duties Assisting with database setup and maintenance Retail, Wholesale, Dealer Trade & Fleet Update Gross Log with Final Deal Amounts Verify the cost and charges of vehicle sold Verify that all Warranty and Insurance costs are correct Calculate Sales and review Finance departments commissions Verify deal information (, Name, Address, etc.) Pull OEM vehicle invoices for sold vehicles for floorplan loan to be paid out to bank Submit Loyalty incentives including EV rebate claims UniFi products collect and scan signed certificatesYou'll need:
Accounting diploma or degree Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and proven organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A strong sense of urgency and ability to effectively shift priorities as required Experience and desire to work with technology Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities Valid driver’s licenseWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
