Responsibilities
- Opening and closing files as well as billing
- Providing general support to litigation lawyer(s)
- Preparing and organizing documents
- Communicating with clients and other lawyers
- Drafting letters, dictation, transcriptions, managing calendars
- Providing other legal administrative support as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and able to handle a heavy workload
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to interact with clients
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage lawyers, follow-ups, and resilience
