Bilingual CustomerService Representative(Claims)

We are looking for manydedicated and empathetic professionals to join our client in theinsurance industry. This permanent role involves guiding clientsthrough the claims compensation process and addressing their needsfollowing automobile collisions. The ideal candidates will havestrong customer service experience and the ability to work underpressure offering support to clients during challenging times.

Whatis in it foryou:
  • Annualsalary of $52.000 plus a performancebonus.
  • Performancebonus: 5% target up to a maximum of 10% dependent on individual andcompanyperformance.
  • Permanentand fulltimerole.
  • Weekdayschedule: 10 am to 6pm.
  • OfficePresence: required 2 to 3 times aweek.
  • 4weeks of annualvacation.

Responsibilities:
  • Guideclients through the claims compensation process investigate theirautomobile collision claims and address theirneeds.
  • Workin accordance with company practices and industry regulatoryrequirements; apply best practices and take responsibility forcustomer service and claimsresults.
  • Workindependently in a digitalenvironment.
  • Activelyparticipate in training to keep knowledge uptodate on bestpractices applicable to claimssettlements.
  • Participatein special projects and provide feedback to the company to supportits customer service excellenceinitiatives.
Whatyou will need tosucceed:
  • Possessionof a college diploma and/or an AEC in damageinsurance.
  • Alicense is not required at the time of hiring; however it must beobtained within 6 to 12 months of employment. The company willcover the cost of courses necessary to obtain thelicense.
  • Experiencein customer service (e.g. call center retail restaurantnursing).
  • Ahigh degree of customer focus is necessary as the role involvesdealing with individuals who have just experienced caraccidents.
  • Strongcuriosity and willingness to find ways to continuously improveprocesses in order to deliver an exceptional customerexperience.
  • Abilityto embody the companys culture and values and contribute positivelytoit.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) tocommunicate with both Englishspeaking and Frenchspeakingclients.
