Le rôle

En tant que Conseiller principal Solutions, vous ferez partie de l'équipe de projet chargée de mener à bien les initiatives de nos clients. Vous interagirez quotidiennement avec nos clients dans le cadre de diverses activités concernant les mandats de prévente, de stratégie, de mise en œuvre et d'amélioration continue. 

Au quotidien vous devrez : 

Prévente: 

  • Évaluer les besoins du client; 
  • Proposer une architecture et une approche de la solution;
  • Démontrer les capacités du système. 

Stratégie: 

  • Évaluer les opérations, la technologie et les opportunités; 
  • Définir l'architecture de la solution future; 
  • Recommander une feuille de route et une approche. 

Mise en œuvre: 

  • Définir le processus optimal et l'ensemble des caractéristiques correspondantes; 
  • Résoudre les limitations techniques critiques; 
  • Configurer et former l'équipe du client; 
  • Tester les scénarios de processus d'entreprise; 
  • Intégrer les utilisateurs et exécuter les activités de transition; 
  • Soutenir les opérations et habiliter les clients. 

Amélioration continue: 

  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre les opportunités d'amélioration; 
  • Soutenir les processus de mise à niveau et d'amélioration de la solution;
  • Assister les clients dans les activités d'intégration. 

Nous recherchons un.e candidat.e qui a: 

  • Un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance; 
  • 3+ ans d'expérience dans une industrie de services (audit, conseil, ingénierie, etc.); 
  • Expérience avec des logiciels d'entreprise (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MES); 
  • Une expérience dans le déploiement/la mise en service d'applications de distribution à grande échelle; 
  • Le français et l'anglais sont requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités en dehors de la province de Québec.

The Role:  

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the project team delivering on our clients’ initiatives. You will interact daily with our prospects and clients across a range of different activities such as mandates concerning pre-sales, strategy, implementation and continuous improvement. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will: 

Pre-sales 

  • Evaluate client requirements; 
  • Propose solutions architecture and approach; 
  • Demonstrate system capabilities. 

Strategy 

  • Assess operations, technology, and opportunities; 
  • Define future state solutions architecture; 
  • Recommend roadmap and approach. 

Implementation 

  • Define optimal process and related feature set; 
  • Provide resolution of critical technical limitations;
  • Configure and train client team; 
  • Test business process scenarios; 
  • Onboard users and execute cutover activities; 
  • Support operations and enable clients. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities; 
  • Support solutions upgrades and enhancement processes; 
  • Assist customer in onboarding activities. 

We are looking for a candidate who has: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a service industry (audit, consulting, engineering, etc.); 
  • Experience with business software (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MES); 
  • Experience in the deployment/implementation of large-scale distribution applications;
  • The ability to speak and write in French and English is required for this position in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec.
