What you will do:

Assist retail, wholesale, and online customer requests. Assist Technicians in attaining proper parts for repairs. Handle incoming orders. Maintain cleanliness.

For this role, come equipped with:

Customer service experience and a positive approach to facilitating an outstanding customer experience. Excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a dynamic environment. The ability to provide the best customer service in the highly competitive automotive field. Organization and prioritization skills. Computer literacy.
