Position Summary : This course explores the politics, history, and cross-cultural dimensions of efforts to advance the cause and recognize discrimination against people with minority gender identities and sexual orientations (e.g., lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) as a human rights issue in Canada, in other countries, and at the international level.

Qualifications – Required: Master’s Degree

Qualifications –Other: MA (PhD preferred) in a related discipline and at least ONE of the following (both preferred) with respect to the subject matter of the course: i) a record of scholarly research or ii) prior postsecondary teaching experience.

Salary: $9,206.40 subject to CA 25.2
