Scrum Master - Campinas, Brazil

You will be part of the Transformation team, which consists of Scrum Masters and Agile coaches at the service of the organization. The Transformation team is brand new. Like 8 months old. That means that you will build the foundation of a team and foster the agile community within DNA and the organization.

Data and Analytics is a diverse and highly open team that aims to help build an innovative and effective data platform and support business transformation. You will be part of a young and dynamic ecosystem, very open to trying new ways of doing things in order to generate value for the business and consolidate BRP's reputation as a leader in analytics.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

You will primarily coach 2 teams in the ways of agility and the framework that best serves teams (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)

Help the teams focus on creating high-value incrementsAssist in identifying and addressing impediments and blockersSupport the Product Owners with effective Backlog management techniquesDesign and facilitate workshops at the service of the participants and their objectives

You will also have a systemic impact by being part of and contributing to the Data and Analytics (DNA) Transformation team by

Help define and implement the culture and practices of our DNA familyPreparing workshops and training sessionsInstill a continuous improvement mindset to DNA, by using metrics to bring to light areas of improvement and measuring progressSupport the leadership team by advising, teaching and coaching themDefine, put in place and follow KPIs that will increase delivered business value while shortening delivery time

Apply the values and principles of agility without being dogmatic about it

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar roleFluent in English You love working with peopleYou embody the values and principles of the ManifestoYou can adapt your style to the context and maturity of the team(s) you are working withYou have experience creating and leveraging metrics to help teams make better decisionsYou have experience creating and facilitating workshops to structure the ideation and thought process of participants and make the workshop a success

Preferred:

Scrum Master certification and Agile related certificationsExperience with Jira, MuralExperience facilitating with on-site, remote and hybrid teamsExperience working with Data and Analytics centric teams

You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid mode, 2 to 3 days in the office.
