What you’ll do:

Partner with measurement leadership team to develop measurement thought leadershipPartner with Product & Product Marketing teams to develop Measurement POVs on new Pinterest products Manage independent & team-based projects to deliver high-quality measurement content in a timely-fashion Communicate goals & project updates effectively to Measurement Leadership and their teams Support the development of measurement education content for front-line account teamsCollaborate within our team on thought leadership, measurement narratives, and ways of working ideation

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience in Ads Measurement, Digital Marketing, or AdtechUnderstanding of various measurement methodologies (attribution modeling, brand lift, conversion lift, econometry, etc.)Understanding of the measurement & ads privacy landscape and its impact on advertising strategiesExperience manipulating complex datasets to identify patterns and turn them into learningsExperience in partnering with diverse XFN teams to deliver projectsStrong interpersonal skills
