What you’ll do:

The Liquor Supervisor will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.

Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety  Providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto  Assisting in managing the Team, planning and evaluating department activities May be asked to take on Manager responsibilities when needed Coordinating workloads, enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards in line with our Brand expectations Operating till/handling cash Stocking shelves as required and making necessary deliveries Other projects and assignments as required 

This position requires the use of equipment, as well as frequent heavy lifting of product.

Previous supervisory experience is an asset Liquor product knowledge is an asset Must obtain ProServe Certification  Must have the ability to lift 50lbs unassisted Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork) Professional, people-first, Guest service skills  Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills Quality communication skills  Ability to work effectively with others

This is a full-time position, the candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings and weekends.
