Toromont Cat is looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team This position plays a critical role in supporting the department, management and our internal team on company H&S initiatives. This role requires candidates to be bilingual.

In a typical day, YOU will:

Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives Provide admin assistance to H&S team by handling all incoming calls and inquiries, mail/fax, maintain department filing system and processing invoices and contracts Updates new employee information in respective H&S program in addition to preparing onboarding packages Qualify & collect contractor information and documents for Toromont Cat job sites Coordinate distribution of safety material to all branch locations Update H&S training records and review incidents in Health & Safety Reporting System to ensure timely and accurate completion of investigation and corrective actions

Must-haves for this role:

Minimum post-secondary education 2 years of experience in an administrative position

Toromont Cat est à la recherche d'un coordonnateur en santé et en sécurité pour se joindre à son équipe Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel en soutenant le département, la direction et l'équipe interne dans le cadre des initiatives de l'entreprise en matière de santé et de sécurité.

Au cours d'une journée de travail type, VOUS effectuerez les tâches suivantes :

Démontrer des comportements de travail sécuritaires, respectueux de l'environnement en tout temps conformément aux politiques, programmes et initiatives de Toromont en matière de santé et de sécurité. Fournir une assistance administrative à l'équipe du Service de santé et sécurité traitant tous les appels entrants et les demandes de renseignements, en envoyant du courrier et des télécopies, en maintenant le système de classement du département et en traitant les factures et les contrats. Mettre à jour les informations relatives aux nouveaux employés dans le programme de santé et de sécurité correspondant et préparer les dossiers d'intégration. Effectuer les vérifications et collecter les informations et les documents des entrepreneurs pour les chantiers de Toromont Cat Coordonner la distribution du matériel de sécurité à toutes les succursales. Mettre à jour les dossiers de formation en matière de santé et de sécurité et examiner les incidents dans le système de rapports sur la santé et la sécurité afin de s'assurer que l'enquête et les mesures correctives sont menées à bien en temps voulu et avec précision.

Les compétences requises pour ce poste :

Formation postsecondaire minimum Deux ans d'expérience dans un poste d'administration
