General Accountabilities

Develop and maintain Kinectrics’ website on an ongoing basis, including (but not limited to): Web content updates, developing new CMS template designs, implementing graphic designs, CSS changes, and develop content types as required into the CMS and ensure brand compliance and web best practices. Work with third-party developers to implement website code changes, including (if applicable) adding, deleting, and refining new features, and template changes to our content management system. Develop and manage the execution of a strong marketing SEO content strategy and build SEO reporting dashboards. Collaborate with various teams to create useful, engaging, and effective content. Oversee writing style and tone for all website content, including advising on the development of content governance standards and guidelines, and ensuring compliance. Monitor website usage using Google Analytics, and other web measurement tools to identify, analyze and report on trends and issues. Provide cross-department web design support and guidance for visual identity, accessibility, UI/UX and general design best practices. Perform quality assurance testing with team members and/or third-party developers to identify and/or address pre-launch issues before deploying code updates. Support with marketing media production related tasks periodically. Other duties as required.

What You Need to Succeed

Completion of a college program in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, or equivalent. 3-4 years’ experience in a digital marketing, web development or digital strategy role. Experience with web content management systems (e.g., CraftCMS, Drupal, WordPress, SiteCore), editing applications, and HTML/HTML5, CSS, php, MySQL, Javascript/jQuery, and code deployment processes (e.g., testing QA production) at a level sufficient to make changes or edits to existing site content. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work with the business and technical leadership teams. Experience in related digital marketing, site development / UX. Expertise with SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, specifically Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Tag Manager, etc. Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other design applications is beneficial. Effective oral and written communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong working relationships and to effectively interface with all levels of management, operational staff, customers, and external vendors.
