We are currently looking to hire Full-Time individuals at The Pas, MB

What's in it for you?
  • Shifts: Position 1 Monday to Friday (2300-0700), Position 2 Saturday and Sunday (1900-0700), Position 3 Monday, Wednesday 2300-0700, Saturday and Sunday 1900-0700, Position 4 Saturday and Sunday (1900-0700).
  • Pay Rate: $19.03 /hr
  • Complete Uniform

What does a Security Guard at The Pas do?
  • Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property
  • Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
  • Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send it via emails
  • Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
  • Monitor access of entryways and exit points
  • Conduct preventive surveillance rounds
  • Point of contact with authorities and emergency services
  • Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance.
Qualifications to become a Security Guard at The Pas
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be able to work nights
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
