Grocery Manager

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support in leadership of the Grocery Department in a thriving store As Grocery/Assistant Grocery Manager, you will 

Provide strong leadership and support to all grocery team members Provide top-notch customer service satisfaction Organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of the grocery store team to achieve budgeted goals. Maintain consistent buying and selling policies  Ensuring merchandising, product, and facility image are at the highest standard.  Be responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required. Be responsible for the maintenance of competitive prices and initiating price checks  Assist the Food Manager in preparing and implementing the annual budget.

Who you are: 

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations:

You have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in retail, with one year of experience in leadership/supervisory capacity.  Experience in a retail food store would be an asset. Ability to handle multiple demands – adaptable, organized, efficient, and committed. You are Customer service-focused and possess good problem-solving skills You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
