This course builds on the fundamentals of capturing, editing and distributing broadcast quality audio with a digital focus, providing an opportunity for students to expand their skills and knowledge, as well as their ability to analyze and critique professional video projects. Students will produce feature-length, research-based digital video projects and may have the opportunity to work with community partners.
Qualifications – Required: Bachelor’s Degree and five-years video production experience or College Diploma in a related field (e.g., graphic design; photography/videography; broadcast production) and 10 years professional video production experience.

Evidence of full-time experience shooting and editing video for professional broadcast companies or corporate clients. Candidates are encouraged to provide links to recorded examples of their professional video work. Prior instructional experience in video production is an asset.Salary: $9,206.40 subject to CA 25.2
