"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

Job Title: Web Frontend Engineer
Report to: Team Leader

Our business
SMB (Services, Markets and Banking Group) is the Client s 3 core banking business sectors, covers Capital Markets Origination, Corporate and Investment Banking, Markets and Securities Services, Treasury & Trade Solutions etc.

Market Sales Technology department mainly supports Markets and Securities Services of SMB, which are the major key businesses of investment bank industry globally. To join a team which is building a Client Internal Sales Web Platform, the one who is an electronic distribution of Markets and Securities Services within Client SMB.

Job Responsibilities v Hands on coding of front-end web development, including new features and maintenance. v Coding, Unit Test, Code Review and Release changes as per standard Client guidelines.
  • Deliver high quality work and consistently meets requirements and standards, plans and prioritizes.
  • Involving/doing system/component design & implementation with counterparty globally.
  • Takes ownership to resolve difficult issues, even when not clearly within own area of responsibility.
  • Communicate and work closely with peer developers of global team.

Education
  • Have a Bachelor/master s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics, or related majors
  • With Financial knowledge or background is a plus
Required Technical Skills
Must be familiar with Angular or React or Vue frontend framework (Angular is the best).
Must be familiar with UI/UX/CSS/HTML Web Development.
Must be familiar with Typescript/JavaScript code design and implementation.
Familiar with HTTP and HTTP(s) protocol
Familiar with one of the modern MVC framework (Spring Boot)

Required Non-Technical Skills
3+ years working experience on Web frontend development especially Angular.
Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong global communicate skillset.
Embrace change and accepted diversity culture and thinking.
